This is to inform you that I am NOT affiliated in any way with those selling Al Hogue art on e-Bay. I am NOT authorizing, inspecting, nor signing any print reproductions being sold on eBay.

There are “new” Print Editions and Certificates of Authenticity(COA’s) being created which are not authorized, inspected, nor signed by me. The new COA’s change the terms of Collectors’ previous art purchases.

I solely own the copyrights to all of the images shown on my web site. “Serenity Cove” is one example of these images and it is being reproduced into “new” editions that are not authorized, inspected, nor SIGNED by me. “Serenity Cove“ is being sold on eBay as “Signed, Limited Edition” prints.

It has been brought to my attention that Consumers can take action.
